If the customer has changed his mind or if he is not satisfied with the product he ordered, he can return the order within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange
All the return shipping expenses would be covered by Premier Tarpaulin UK, within seven working days excluding all the holidays and weekends, the refunds would be made only if the product returned is in new and unused condition.
the item should be in the original package when returned to ensure that it will be protected during the journey. Products should be new and with all the tags attached.
If the returned products are damaged, destroyed, or changed, Premier Tarpaulin UK will not accept them, and will return them to customers. The company will not accept the items which are without tags during the return in any situation.
In case, If the customers want to refund or exchange an item, they need to provide correct product information like the order number, product information, reason for the return, and either they would like to take a refund or an exchange. Then We will provide a return shipping label to the customer, which they can use to return the product to the warehouse.
We will confirm all the refunds and returns through email. The actual cost of shipping would not be refundable.
If the company finds that the returned product is new and unused and fulfills all the requirements then we will pay the refund to customers within 14 days of receiving the order. The refund would be made either through a bank or through a credit card.
